While Ramona Hill's daughter Gina died due to a surgical accident, her husband George was having an intercourse with another woman and showed no concern upon hearing the news of their daughter's death. George then induced Ramona Hill to divorce him. Devastated, Ramona Hill went home to pack her bags. Unexpectedly, George and Anna Lewis also came home, and their affair came into light. Anna Lewis insulted Gina, leading to a confrontation where Ramona Hill threatened her to apologize. Anna Lewis harbored a grudge against Ramona Hill and decided to retaliate by ordering Hank to kidnap her. Ramona Hill was humiliated during the abduction. Upon learning of Ramona Hill's kidnapping, Zack Samus immediately sent people to her rescue. In the nick of time, they arrived at the scene and successfully got her out of danger. After being saved by Zack Samus, Ramona Hill's true identity was revealed - she was actually the heiress of the Tylon Group. It turns out that despite the opposition from her family, she married George and left the Tylon Group. After all that had happened, Ramona decided to return to the Tylon Group and became its successor. She instructed Zack Samus to investigate the truth behind Gina's death. Zack Samus discovered that Anna Lewis was behind everything and informed Ramona Hill that Anna was going to marry George. Ramona used the Tylon Group's name to host a wedding for George and Anna, which in fact was Gina's funeral. During the wedding, Anna Lewis humiliated Ramona Hill in various ways and flaunted her upcoming marriage with George. However, Ramona Hill had already collected evidence of Anna Lewis's crimes. On site, Ramona Hill exposed Anna Lewis's true nature. George realized his mistakes and apologized to Ramona Hill, and Anna Lewis had to face legal consequences.
