Green Bay Packer Printable Schedule

Greetings fellow football fans! The excitement is building as the 2017 season for the Green Bay Packers approaches. As we eagerly await the start of the season, let’s take a close look at the Packers’ schedule and discuss what we can expect from our beloved team. Week One: Seattle Seahawks (Away) The Packers open their season with a tough test against a perennial playoff contender in the Seattle Seahawks. This is a rematch of the infamous “Fail Mary” game from 2012, and you can bet that both teams will be fired up for this one. The Seahawks have a strong defense, but the Packers’ offense should be able to score some points. Week Two: Atlanta Falcons (Home) The Falcons were the top scoring offense in the league last year, and they gave the Packers fits in the NFC Championship game. This will be a great test for the Packers’ defense, and we’ll need to see improvement from last year if we hope to win this one. Week Three: Cincinnati Bengals (Home) The Bengals had a disappointing season last year and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2010. They’ll be looking to bounce back in 2017, but the Packers should be able to take care of business at home. Week Four: Chicago Bears (Away) The Packers always have tough games with the Bears, especially when playing at Soldier Field. However, the Bears are in rebuilding mode and likely won’t pose a serious threat to the Packers this year. Week Five: Dallas Cowboys (Home) The Cowboys were the top seed in the NFC playoffs last year, but they fell to the Packers in a thrilling divisional round matchup. This will be another tough game, but the Packers have the advantage of playing at home this time. Week Six: Minnesota Vikings (Home) The Vikings had a solid season last year and narrowly missed the playoffs. Their defense is always tough, but their offense has been a question mark for several seasons now. The Packers should be able to take care of business at home in this divisional matchup. Week Seven: New Orleans Saints (Away) The Saints have one of the best quarterbacks in the league in Drew Brees, and their offense is always dangerous. However, their defense has been a liability in recent seasons. This could be a high-scoring affair, but the Packers should be able to come out on top. Week Eight: Bye The Packers get a much-needed week off to rest and recharge before the second half of the season. Week Nine: Detroit Lions (Away) The Lions always play the Packers tough, especially when playing at Ford Field. However, the Lions’ defense is a question mark, and the Packers should be able to score enough points to win this one. Week Ten: Chicago Bears (Home) The Packers beat the Bears earlier this season and should be able to do so again, especially playing at Lambeau Field. Week Eleven: Baltimore Ravens (Away) The Ravens had a down year last season but are always tough at home. The Packers will need to bring their A-game to come away with a win in this one. Week Twelve: Pittsburgh Steelers (Home) The Steelers are always one of the top teams in the AFC, and they have a dynamic offense led by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and wide receiver Antonio Brown. This will be another tough test for the Packers’ defense. Week Thirteen: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Home) The Buccaneers are an up-and-coming team led by quarterback Jameis Winston. However, they are still a young team and likely not ready to compete with the Packers on the road. Week Fourteen: Cleveland Browns (Away) The Browns were the worst team in the NFL last year and are still in rebuilding mode. The Packers should have no problem taking care of business in this one. Week Fifteen: Carolina Panthers (Away) The Panthers had a down year last season but still have one of the best quarterbacks in the league in Cam Newton. The Packers will need to bring their A-game to win this one, especially playing on the road. Week Sixteen: Minnesota Vikings (Away) The Vikings always play the Packers tough at home, and this will be a crucial late-season matchup. The Packers will need to win this one if they hope to win the division and secure a playoff spot. Week Seventeen: Detroit Lions (Home) The Packers close out the regular season with a home game against the Lions. This could be a must-win game for both teams, so expect a hard-fought battle. Well, there you have it, Packers fans. The schedule looks tough, but we have a team that is capable of winning every game. Let’s get ready for an exciting season of Packers football!
